At The Fenwick Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Fully Flexible Rate:
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. After this time, 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Non Refundable Rate:
This is a non refundable non transferable rate so no cancellation or amendment is possible. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Group booking (3 rooms and more):
Guests booking 3 or more rooms are required to pay 50% of the total cost of the booking in advance to secure the booking. If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

No Show:
No Shows will be charges 100% of the room rate
